  If I would be able to rate this UPS store negative, I would. Extremely poor service today Wednesday 1-21-26 at approximately 11:18 am. I went in to do a drop off for Amazon return. The man there had a dog, a boston terrier or french bulldog...not on a lease. The dog started growling at me and i relayed to the employee that i was bitten before and was nervous. He didn't mention anything that it was an emotional support dog or anything and disregarded my continued concern of the dog growling. He made a comment about my ironing board not being boxed. I relayed to him it didn't boxed and that Amazon instructed me to drop off with label and ups would take care of it. I again told him it didn't come boxed. He then repeatedly called me a liar and was very dissmissive and disrespectful. While this the dog did not stop growling and was not on a lease. Then he went on to say "next customer". I would appreciate for owner of this UPS store to respond immediately to address this very concerning visit to the San Dimas UPS store.

  Cannot recommend this store higher, but I would if I could! I do not know the name of the gentleman that assisted me, but he had his cutie pup Jojo guarding his side. Came in and processed a quick return. It was a bit of a line but I was in and out in well under 5 minutes nonetheless. Some stores charge you for label printing or even TAPE! But I was surprised there was no charge. I will be back for all my shipping needs from here on out!

  Just dropped off an Amazon return. Excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service. I highly recommend this location😊

  I go to UPS stores across the Inland Empire area very regularly for our small business. Today I happened to stop at this one. I told the guy I had 3 rounds of 6 boxes (18 boxes) in total that I needed to bring in with their dolly. As soon as he heard this he said, “I’m sorry but we don’t take in that many boxes”. I told him that I’ve been to numerous stores and they all let me take in however many boxes I have. He responded saying that they’ve had too many problems with people with lots of boxes holding up the other customers. Mind you, the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY when I walked in, AND there were two additional dollys so that in case people needed to bring in boxes, they could. Before coming here I noticed that this store had a significantly lower rating than other UPS stores I’ve been to, and now I know why. They just lost a customer, and for what? They need to learn what customer service is. This ain’t gonna fly.
