Always willing to assist with sending packages; whether sealing boxes, providing the dolly, or patiently helping with sending multiple boxes that are heavy and doing it all with professionalism. Will continue to visit this business as I have reviewed two others that cannot hold a candle to this location.

I waited for almost 5 mins before I asked him if the amazon scan and drop off was available. He then recognized I was standing there and helped me in less than a min. Did not acknowledge the 2nd customer who walked in as I was leaving either. Customer service needs work big time.
