The staff is always helpful. And they don't take offense when I tell them I need it to go to the cheapest way possible.

I had trouble getting through by phone after receiving an email that my medication couldn’t be delivered, which was stressful since it’s time-sensitive. I called multiple times and wasn’t able to reach anyone initially, even after confirming I had the correct number with a different post office. Update: Kevin was very helpful once I got through! He was polite, professional, and resolved my issue quickly. I understand things can get busy, but having someone at least pick up and place callers on hold would make a big difference, especially for urgent situations like this.

As other reviewers have said here, Blanca is extremely rude and should not be working a customer service job. I’ve worked in customer service, and even on my worst days I never acted the way she does. The first time I interacted with her, she yelled across the room at me “shipping or picking up?” I said I was shipping, and she said “over here”. Her tone immediately put me off. She then commented on my tattoos and asked how much money I’ve spent on them. Kind of a weird question - but I answered and said “a lot”. Then in a very judgmental tone, she said “they’re expensive”. I laughed it off and then she said “I’m sorry, but they’re expensive” while shaking her head. She then took the package I was mailing and carelessly threw it behind her toward the mail slot/curtain. I went back to the post office today, hoping Blanca wouldn’t be the one to assist me (thankfully I was helped by another person who was very kind and efficient!). However, I saw her be rude yet again to the customer she was helping. The customer came up to the counter, set her documents down, and wasn’t even able to speak before Blanca said “Are you shipping? Picking up? Certified mail? What do you wanna do?” like she just wanted to get it over with. How she hasn’t been fired is beyond me. From what I can tell, there have been so many complaints about her for YEARS now. I feel so bad for the employees who have to work with her.

Raphael is amazing! Super diligent and determined to help me find my mis-delivered high value package. Thanks to him and the mailwoman today, I was able to retrieve my package.

I waited 30 minutes to receive help. There were two workers that were working the normal line. There is a different line for pickups. One of the ladies behind the counter who wears a mask had the nerve to say to us waiting in line "You should come in earlier." We are there a customers, we were patiently waiting and that is your response. I would never go back, if it wasn't my local post office.
