Lilly is rude! Told me I couldn't ship a cell phone to an FPO address, when I asked her why she stated because it has a battery. I pulled up the rules on the website and you can indeed ship a cellphone with a lithium battery, battery just has to be installed in its original packaging which it was. Went back to the counter and showed her it, she started to process the order and then claimed she couldn't do it. Had her supervisor come and tell me the place im trying to send to doesnt accept mail right now and to try and ship via FedEx, cant ship to a naval ship in the middle of the ocean via fedex. I aslo had my hand swatted away by lilly on the keypad as her supervisor told me to press yes on the keypad but for some reason lilly wanted to click no herself. As well as i kept grabbing the box to read the address to her for the 3rd time and she kept grabbing the box back from me telling me not to touch it. Box wasnt even being wrighed yet. So rude. Ended up going to a different postal office and had no issues, nit sure what lillys problem is. Avoid

Completely disappointed with this location. Went yesterday to mail some wedding invitations and asked if I could get them hand canceled. She said it wasn’t available and those didn’t need to get hand canceled anyway. I had to pull out my invitations and show her the reason why, she then talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know that my mail was “non machinable” (I literally asked myself to get them hand canceled and showed her why).
She then proceeds to tell me I have to pay more, which I don’t mind. The thing is, she told me the service wasn’t available at that location previously, so which one was it? Anyways, I said okay bc I really didn’t mind paying more, but then she offered me to put 5-6 more stamps on my envelopes or putting a stamp that she CHOSE HERSELF. We asked if we could do different ones and she said no because those were the only ones they had, mind you, they have a whole sign with all the stamps available and those were not the only ones we could’ve used for the amount we had to pay extra.
She then out loud, in front of everyone, told us “Well go think over there and come back when you’ve decided cause I’m busy.” I grabbed my invitations, and left. I was not gonna add 5 stamps to each envelope because that would’ve taken me forever, she didn’t let me choose any of the other stamps available, and then she loudly told me to move away as if I was interfering with her job.
The funniest part is, since I entered the story and waited for at least 20 minutes to get help, I could tell she was not gonna be helped up based on how she treated other customers. Including a lady who asked for specific stamps and she acted annoyed when the lady specifically asked for the ones she wanted and not the ones she chose. There was another worker who seemed more approachable, I was hoping he’d be the one to help me out but I got stuck with the lady everyone else in the reviews is talking about. Yes, the same one who basically skips questions for you on the screen or does the feedback section for you (I saw her doing it to other customers btw). So if you’re wondering if those reviews are TRUE, they are. I would not go there at all, and I certainly won’t be back.

One of the ladies there, I think she was asian was extremely rude to a customer on the phone. Calling them names and clueless was ridiculous and so unprofessional on their part. Whoever the supervisor or manager is of this location needs to step up and handle the way this employee was acting towards MANY customers. Treating people like this is the most absurd thing I have ever witnessed first hand. Genuinely PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this location and go to a UPS store. This store will NOT take care of your needs and have bad intentions. They will not give you the service you are requesting, they will do anything to waste your time. This lady has been rude to SEVERAL customers on the phone and in person. I think this environment is toxic and will just suck the soul out of you. Genuinely whoever is the manager, supervisor, or honestly ANY lead here please have a conversation with your employees.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an employee at the USPS location:
9245 Twin Trails Dr
San Diego, CA 92129
During my visit, the employee behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. After completing my transaction, the feedback screen appeared, and the employee pressed the feedback button herself without allowing me the opportunity to select my own rating.
This action prevented me from providing my own honest feedback and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer feedback should be provided voluntarily by the customer without employee interference.
I respectfully request that management review the surveillance camera footage at the counter during my visit. The video should clearly show the employee pressing the feedback screen herself instead of allowing the customer to respond.
I am a frequent USPS customer and rely on this location for my business shipments. Professional and transparent service is very important to me.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise if any follow-up is needed.
Thank you.

One employee, in particular, at this Post Office is very rude. I have seen her giving a customer
of Asian descent a hard time before. Today she gave me hard time when I was there to scan some of my boxes that I wanted to ship. There was NOBODY ELSE in line but she did not want to scan them. The reason they need to be scanned instead of just being left on the counter is that I have lost packages here before when they were never scanned and as far as the Post Office was concerned, they were never brought in. Anyway, this Asian Postal employee insisted that I prepare some form so she could scan once instead of each box individually. She failed to understand that if I had her scan 10 items but only leaving 9 of them on the counter, would the Post Office be liable for that "missing" box and what proof would they have that I DID NOT put the box on the counter?
As we were finishing the transaction, I was supposed to rate the visit by choosing one of the 3 icons showing how unhappy to happy I was on this visit, she quickly tapped on the "Happy face" icon instead of allowing me to select the appropriate icon to rate the visit. LOL.
This lady should not be handling customer service at all, in my opinion, as she is not made for it. You are supposed to be kind and nice when dealing with customers. After all, we customers pay your salaries!
