It was a gift for my husband and wanted to surprise him with something nice. Mail order was updated out for delivery and then later marked as delivered, with the message “order was picked up by an individual at the post facility”. I didn’t even know orders could be picked up after being “out for delivery”. Called the next morning as it was marked as delivered after 6pm to follow up on my package. After being transferred from customer service to this post office. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone said the order was scanned incorrectly and is on out for delivery with a carrier. Waited all day, no package. No mail delivery. Next day, I checked the status of my package through the site I ordered from and saw my package was being returned to sender. Now I have to wait until the morning to call again to create a case. Just terribly disappointed.

- SCSteve CollinsDec 19, 20253.0Strange occurrence today 12/19. My postal carrier, 3443 Angwin Drive, told me he picked up a gift for us thinking it was from us to him. He said he later found a note to us from David Hussein. Then said he would bring it back. I haven't seen him come back.
