Fellow customers were kind and wished me good morning, but the employees began talking negatively about an otherwise nice lady that walked pass a few minutes ago saying, "she didn't know what she was doing, the skinny one" right in front of customers at the line, amongst themselves as if we weren't right there. The woman with the long black hair held in a bunch probably took the cake in rudeness though. Being my first time visiting this branch, just to get a free form, I am pretty sure I registered very clear visual prejudice from her despite my best efforts to be kind to her. As if I was guilty until proven innocent. If people keep leaving these reviews and there are no changes, then I imagine they face no consequences from leadership there. Go to the USPS at Governor (3298 Governor Dr, San Diego, CA 92122), diverse professionals will help you there (in a genuinely kind and good faith manner), or you will at least interact with people who seem like they wake up with love in their hearts and pride in their work. Clearly not here at the William Taft Station (whomever that person is, his name is being tarnished by such seemingly toxic people and ugly work environment).
