  I want here for an Amazon return. The process was extremely quick and easy. I want to put a good word in for the staff. I witnessed them dealing with a couple of difficult to borderline rude customers ahead of me in line. The staff remained professional, courteous and effectively performed their duties.

  UPS saved us!! Safely stored our luggage while we enjoyed last few hours in San Diego before train from Sante Fe Station to LA. The employees were welcoming and informative!!!

They make the process quick and seamless every time, and they’re always patient when I have multiple packages or questions. It’s clear they care about customer service and keeping things efficient. I really appreciate their reliability — it makes errands so much easier. Highly recommend this location!
