  I tried to use their notary services on four separate occasions. All four times the notary was sick/family emergency/requested off etc. Just admit it, you don’t have a notary.

  I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this UPS Store. I came in needing help printing and faxing important tax documents. I was upfront that I did not know how to use the equipment and politely asked for assistance. Instead of helping, the employee was dismissive and told me to do it myself. When I explained again that I needed help, the attitude became increasingly unprofessional and unwelcoming. The situation escalated to the point where I was told to go to another location, and then I was threatened with having the police called on me if I didn’t leave. This was extremely shocking and unnecessary, especially considering I remained calm the entire time and was simply trying to send tax paperwork. I even had my children waiting in the car, and being treated like that in front of a situation like this felt completely inappropriate and unfair. I understand that employees can be busy, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way. Not everyone knows how to use self-service machines, and asking for help should not result in being dismissed or threatened. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance with printing or faxing. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated here, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business and drives people away.

  Don't go in if you can't get someone on the phone ahead of time for notary availability. Tried calling for two hours, finally gave up and went in because I needed a signature witnessed, and they are the nearest location. Arrived to a notice they were short staffed on the door, told at counter after waiting in line that they did not have a notary today, and did not know when a notary would be available. Waste of my time considering I take the bus. Cashier did nothing to fix the phone after I notified her it wasn't ringing through. Will be going elsewhere for notary and shipping needs in the future.

  Incompetent mess. Terrible service regarding Amazon return. Staff needs retrained
