- YOYazury OnofreApr 15, 20261.0I came to this UPS to make copies and get my passport pictures done. We waited for like 20 minutes to get our pictures done and when it was our turn the guy who helped us pulled out a backdrop with terrible lighting and began to take our pictures WITH AN IPAD. I was confused on why they were taking our photos with an Ipad when we came to get professional passport photos. When we went to the passport place they told us it was most likely they were going to reject the photos so we had to pay again to take our pictures done with an ACTUAL CAMERA. Below you can see the difference in lighting and clearness. Don’t get your passport pictures taken here.

At first I came in confused behind a big line and one of the other girls were a bit rude and unhelpful but Nikki stepped in and ensured I was able to get what I needed to get done, DONE! Give her a raise she knows customer service!

They have a sign implying that it is a complentary service and make no indication of the charge. I spent spent more money on this charge than the actual amount of prints
