Helped me shop oversize packages without any hesitation and made sure I had properly labeled them. Haven’t used them for printing yet but friends have and they’ve told me they are extremely competitive pricing wise and their turn around time is rapid. Thanks again !

The employee quickly took my credit card and charged me for postage, but only afterward realized they didn’t have a printer to actually print the postage. I requested a refund and asked for proof that it had been processed. I was told the refund was issued, but they were unable to provide any confirmation or receipt. As of now, I have not received the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through was disappointing. I would appreciate this being resolved promptly.

On top of that, another customer came in while I was finishing adding some labels, and they were trying to make a return but they had done an Amazon return via Whole Foods. So he was so patiently helping them understand that they had chosen a different return location. English was not their first language, and he even helped to speak their language to translate where they needed to go. Above and beyond!
