I came there yesterday 04/20/2026 and the parking lot was practically empty, I went inside to send a fax and was not in there more than 5-10 minutes with the attendant guy, who at first didn’t seem friendly, coming over and helping me to send a fax, unfortunately the fax didn’t go through and when I got outside to my car it had been robbed of all of my packages, it felt weird like a set up and when I went back in the store distraught the attendant quickly informed me that there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS AT ALL and pretty much had no help he could offer me! To not have any cameras at all makes no sense at all and I’m sure the thief was aware there are no cameras which makes me wonder! So I left there feeling violated and unsafe and will never go there ever again!

Amazon referred us to them and the instruction say they’ll pack and ship it. It felt like a cash grab. Mind you, Amazon didn’t let me return it anywhere else (not ups or Amazon locker).
