I went in for a charger and ended up leaving with a notebook, pen, and a rewards account thanks to cashier Edward's friendliness. He was such a ray of sunshine - pure joy and compassion radiated off of him and he turned what is usually a boring errand into one of the highlights of my day! It's clear he loves his job and treats every customer like it's his personal mission to make them smile (I'm sure he succeeds every time)!

He was talking down to her and I , he had a rude tone and was being very dismissive of our concerns ( our print order was running behind although we paid for expedited processing of our order). I cannot recommend this location to anyone, it seems the store is being terribly mismanaged.
