  The customer service from FedEx is absolutely horrendous! Trying to get somebody at the local delivery hub is like pulling teeth and you will never receive a call back from anyone. The call center is not helpful and it takes multiple points of contact to get a resolution.

  My experience with FedEx Office was extremely frustrating. My package was not delivered to the correct address, even though the address was clearly provided. I received a call to confirm the address, and I personally verified the correct address with the representative. I was told that the package would be delivered the next day. Later, the sender contacted me and informed me that the package might actually be sent back to them and that I might have to pick it up from the office. To avoid confusion, I called the office myself to confirm whether they still had the package. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone, gave my tracking number and personal information, and the representative assured me that the package was there and that I could pick it up the next morning at 9 a.m. when they opened. To avoid any further hassle, I decided to go to the office that same evening instead of waiting until the morning. When I arrived, I was told that the package had already been sent back and there was nothing they could do. The lack of communication and inaccurate information from staff caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I expected much better coordination and customer service. I didn't even want to give 1 star. But I had too.
