- MWMichael WildhaberSep 27, 20241.0Terrible service. The driver had to have lied or is completely incompetent. Envelope was overnight by 1030am to a BANK right around the corner on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. Tracking said delivery was attempted at 10:04am but the BANK was closed!! The bank opened at 9am, like virtually all banks do. My guess is the driver got there before the bank opened and lied about when the delivery attempt was made because the envelope was loaded on the truck at 820am and the delivery address was right around the corner. Now, I paid for overnight delivery and the second attempt will not happen until next Monday. If he gets there before 900am again the bank will be closed again at that time. Then, no way to call or talk to someone at FedEx to raise the issue, complain, or get it worked out. Just a computer, then someone overseas that cannot do anything and whose accent is so thick what they are saying cannot be understood. I am going to cancel my account with Fed Ex and find another expedited delivery method.
