Incompetence of the highest level. I contacted them to put a hold on my mail delivery because I was going to be out of town for a week and was expecting a package might get delivered a day or 2 before I returned. Everything seemed to be ok with that process. They assured me they would hold all the mail, and I could pick up when I returned. Two days before I returned from the trip, I checked the tracking information for the package that was expected, and it was delivered! I thought to myself, 'No way, they said they would hold it'. I called the post office, and they apologized for the inconvenience and said they would have a delivery person pick it up and hold it until I get back.
I return from my trip, and the package is on my doorstep STILL! They did nothing! I checked my mailbox, and there's a bunch of mail from the week there. Including a paper that specifically stated I requested a hold, the day it started, and the day it ended! So they completely ignored my request to hold my mail. With their unlimited incompetence, they even DELIVERED THE HOLD REQUEST PAPERWORK TO ME!!! Thank God nobody stole the package. They need to seriously restructure their management personnel and hold LOTS of training, this location is awful! I WISH I could choose which post office services my residence!

I went in for a service update to an address change, came in prepared with my scan code, and was assisted by April who is phenomenal! In addition, I also want to point out that there were other customers who were being assisted by another member by the name of Morgan, who appeared to be having a great experience from My Perception given that they were laughing and enjoying the company from exchanging conversation.

Came here to write a review about Blanca specifically. Seems like someone already has.
I've had the misfortune of interacting with her 4 times now, for the first four items I've sold on my new ebay store.
The most relevant is the time I realized after I left that I needed to return something. So I came back to the store and the cashier who helped me initially (April, who was super respectful and helpful) said "oh no whats wrong?" when she saw me. April was with a customer so I went to Blancas open register. I kind of chuckled and say yeah I need to return something. She rudely said "i can't help you and pointed at April.
I was taken aback and said... what? You dont even know what specific help I need. She scoffed, threw up her hands, and pointed me towards April. Who again was super helpful.
Every time I go there I have a prepaid sticker from eBay. I have been turned around multiple times for some silly things. (More on that later.) So I dont interact with Blanca each time, but have at least once per package if that makes sense.
Every time I interact with Blanca, she feels the need to re-weigh, and re-measure the package just to ensure I was honest? Spoiler alert, I have been every time. But no other employees do that.
If that is some sort of protocol I understand that, I am a government employee too. Only difference is, as a Navy Chief, people actually THANK ME for my service, instead of complaining about me on google, like Blanca.
Protocol aside, its like each package is her first time. It takes her an insane amount of time to incorrectly click around on the screen to validate the package size. Like it should be a scan and print receipt type of transaction. That's the whole reason I do prepaid. Not 5 minutes for Blanca to question my integrity and eventually I get my receipt.
Lastly, the most egregious "return trip" i had to make (which did NOT involve Blanca shockingly) was when I was shipping a radiator fan, and had it in a box that I "customer formed" from a ryobi mower box. It had the battery warning symbol on the side. I explained there was no battery and that I was just using the box and chuckled saying there was no way a mower would fit in a box that small.
I was informed that I had to completely remove it. After asking if I could borrow a small piece of tape or sharpie, I was shot down. I ended up spray painting the 4"x4" square. I understand if that really is the rule, but I was really hoping they could help me cover it instead of needing to drive home and come back. Diesel is expensive!
