My complex is not currently having mail delivered so we have to pick it up at the Linda Vista location. It's not fun for us or the postal workers. Today I stopped in for my mail and I've never had such friendly service from a postal worker - literally service with a smile! It took an otherwise miserable experience and really brightened my day. I honestly don’t understand how BLANCA is still working in a customer-facing position. She should be assigned to an area where she has no contact with the public—or even with coworkers. I can’t imagine anyone being ruder than her. Just read the reviews about this woman. It’s very obvious that she does not like her job.

There's literally a computer in front of you. ASK ME FOR THE ADDRESS AND TYPE IT. I went to UPS and got the exact same thing done with literally no hassle.
