Do not come to this location for passports. They experience multiple shut-offs to their system and fail to give notice. They kept many people waiting unnecessarily.

Really disappointed with how downhill this post office has fallen. Used to have three drive through lanes of mailboxes; now they are gone. This morning while driving through the parking lot to find a spot, two employees were slowly walking down the middle of the road towards me, blocking the path and they could care less as they chatted with each other. Zero effort made to move to the sides of the driveway. I sat in my car for half a minute waiting for them to finally pass. Real entitled BS behavior.

This place does take passports but they are backed up 30 minutes every time. I understand staffing might be low, but don't have so many passport times slots if you don't have the manning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, given a dock once I checked in. Pickup at 6am but got a dock before 4:30. Great communication skills here. Started loading just as fast. Checkin next to dock 63.
