- LELainey EscarcegaDec 15, 20251.0the young hispanic girl was so rude. I came to the desk with my package fully ready to ship and requested to pay for a label. She was mad that the address wasn't already written directly on the box. Even though I had it fully ready & typed out on my phone for her to reference. So I wrote out the address for her on the box, like she requested, and she was mad about WHERE I wrote it on the box. She immediately covered it up with a sticker. Come to think of it, there's no way she was able to type the address into the label maker because of how quickly she covered it up. I'm not confident at all that my package will be making it to my family for Christmas. My interaction with her wrapped up with "you don't come here often, do you?" No, I don't. And I sure don't plan to!!!

They’re straightforward and easy to use. You may have to wait in line occasionally, but that is normal for any post office. Some reviews mention being asked to purchase tape if their box/envelope isn’t sealed, but this is standard USPS policy. The staff should not be faulted for enforcing it. Arriving with a sealed package avoids the issue entirely, and purchasing tape if needed is simply part of being prepared, not a reason for a negative review. Minus one star because the hours are inconvenient and inconsistent with other usps locations.
