- RTRebecca TalbottNov 10, 20255.0This USPS is indeed in the back of a Hallmark store. However, it's a real USPS, not one of those private go-betweens. Contrary to the impression I got from some of the photos, there is NO self-service kiosk. That said, I was helped quickly, and had no issue getting my package mailed (it was a store return where they gave me a QR code for them to scan and print the mailing label -- they did it without hiccup). So it sufficed for my needs!
