- MDMike DurhamJan 21, 20265.0Te people that work at this post office are so awesome! Even though it’s now out of my way, I continue to keep my PO Box here because the staff are that incredible. Every single person who works here is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve watched them deal with some truly difficult customers, and they still manage to stay calm, friendly, and even laugh it off. That says a lot. Today really summed it up for me. I walked in and they greeted me by name — “Michael, here’s your box.” No line, no confusion, no hassle. They knew exactly why I was there and took care of it immediately. In a time when customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this place feels the opposite. You’re treated like a human being, not a number. That kind of consistency and care is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Hands down, the best post office I’ve ever been to. If the people who work here ever wonder if it makes a difference — it absolutely does.
