Aj is a true professional. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a very different story. Celia, who was at the counter, refused to send a package — a box containing a new computer — something I ship frequently from this same location without issue. Her attitude was dismissive and uncooperative, and she offered no reasonable explanation or assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating to be denied a routine service without cause, especially when it disrupts business operations. The contrast between her approach and Aj's professionalism is stark. This place is great if you’re not dealing with Celia. Otherwise, prepare for poor service and a bad attitude.
