I paid priority mail got in line to drop the package, someone came out from behind the counter with a scan gun and took my package to the back said I was good to go. 2 weeks go by and it turns out there is no progress in the tracking, I tried to get answers and they kept making me call the 1800 number, I ended up going back to the office and the management made me feel like I was lying about dropping off the package instead of trying to find an answer. Very poor customer service experience. Should've seen the reviews before going here

She said USPS did not do that and that my only options were to forward my mail to someone else in the U.S. or have someone pick up my mail for me at my PO Box. That didn't sit right with me but I went ahead and did that. I live outside the U.S. now, and just found out this is incorrect according to their official website. USPS really needs to do a better job at training their employees nationwide because this is an issue across all USPS offices and its very unfortunate how unknowledgeable the staff is. There's also a lady I would get help from who was always on her phone in the front and she kept giving me the wrong forms to fill out to close by PO Box. How about not being on your phone and picking up a training manual while at work.

I had filed a service request after I couldn’t find my delivery, and Dee went above and beyond to assist me. She personally reached out every day with updates, asked the carrier to recheck the mailboxes in our apartment complex, and kept me informed at every step. In the end, the package was found at our apartment office — and it was all thanks to Dee’s dedication, consistent follow-ups, and clear communication. I truly appreciate how much effort she put into helping me resolve the issue. Initially, I thought the package was gone for good, but Dee and the carrier worked together to make sure it was found. Excellent service and genuine care — thank you, Dee!
