The inside of the building has a charming vintage feel. I usually walk there but sometimes I drive on my way somewhere and find parking nearby easily.

It takes an hour for what should be 5 minutes because they have only 2 people working and 2 systems running. Did they have to cut costs? Well if so, here’s another customer complaining that you can use as proof of it creating inefficiencies. But please don’t blame workers here who are doing their best with the people and resources they have.
