- CCCCFeb 20, 20265.0It's a smaller older post office, but they are really nice to me here and have awesome customer service. I've recently relocated back to SD and opened a PO box with them. They have been easy to work with and really professional. Great experience so far! Thanks guys. 🫶🏻

- LRLorenzo RamosOct 27, 20251.0Carriers don’t want to deliver packages or will be late with delivery so they mark “customer requested pickup” and lie to their metrics aren’t affected. As a local small business owner for 8 years that ships hundreds of packages per day I can assure you that USPS is terrible and there’s no punishment for their employees. Nothing will come of the complaints I’ve submitted, nobody gets fired or written up. Leadership at the top needs to restructure their system.
