- VLVanessa LawsonJan 30, 20261.0I keep getting mail and packages from the previous owner to my residence. From USPS. I've done the whole "return to sender" crossing off the barcodes, leaving it in the mailbox for pickup and no one has picked it up. So I went to this postal service, since this illegal to throw away mail, to drop it off to them. The lady at the counter takes a glance and says "we can't take that" I ask why and what do I do with them then? And she responds "I don't know but I don't even know if USPS delivered them" like ok. So I guess I'm supposed to go to each mail service carrier to figure out who will take back mail not mine? When I've watched USPS deliver it? Cool.

Every post office needs people like them. i didnt have a passport appointment last friday, i just went to ask information since it wasnt too far from my house. Troy told me that if i have my documents with me、they will help me since i was already there. I went back home to grab everything i need and when i got back to the post office, they were very extremely helpful, they helped me with a smile. Troy explained to me everything in details.
