I usually use the automated machine, but when I have needed to speak with employees they have always been helpful. My only complaints are that whenever the automated machine stops being able to print from QR code, it often takes several days for it to be fixed. Also, this location seems to never be well staffed. There is usually a line and usually only one employee working at a time.
- JJJúlia JoószFeb 6, 20261.0We went for our 2 month olds passport appointment and the whole process was made very frustrating especially by one employee working on 01/08/2026 at 1:30pm for passport application. First, we had to stand in line just for us to be told that the we will be called in, but they are working on someone else's appointment (I tried to ask before, but the guy told me to stand in line). After that we waited 30 mins (baby was getting very fussy at that point), even though nobody came out from the door we were told to wait in front because of the other applicant. Then came the worst part, a lady called us in and made every step as hard as possible and talked as condescending as possible. When it came to the picture, she literally waited until the baby cried, then made 4 horrible pictures and just told us after that our fingers cannot be visible by the childs head (we had to hold her neck) and that the pictures are blurry and we should be holding her lower. We tried to get a good picture and eventually one cane out okay (after also needing to change the battery!), when we asked her if it's okay she just kept repeating "It's not up to me. I don't make the decision", even if we just asked for her opinion. At a later point, she asked me to do something which I didn't understand (we both have an accent) and asked what she meant by that, her response was "I speak english, right?" which was when I decided to write this review.
