I put mail on hold on vacation, and they deliver my mail and leave packages out... but yet when I am home and have mail on regular delivery, they wont leave my packages. Make it make sense! They leave cannot deliver notices, and when I attempt to reschedule, it wont allow as they regularly will scan multiple other people's packages on my delivery sheet so I cant get my packages delivered. This is frustrating because every other USPS location I’ve used automatically scans packages when they’re dropped off—as they should. Days later, I came back in to check the status since I was being held accountable by both the buyer and the app, only to be told that I have to specifically request for them to scan packages in order to get tracking. That’s completely ridiculous and simply not true. Tracking is a standard part of USPS shipping, and it shouldn’t be something customers have to ask for. Very disappointed and stressed because of this careless handling.
