- RPRENATO PEREZDec 3, 20253.0Staff should empty the self service more often so we can deposit packages and not have to revisit to dropping them off. Also they have the rule that at the counter they don’t want to scan more than 3 packages, I didn’t find that rule posted.

- CGCarmen GSep 18, 20232.0Hola, parece ser que los empleados no conocen bien la zona en donde entregan los paquetes, a veces lis dejan en otra casa o bien pretenden entrar a los patios de las casas ( en lugar de dejarlos adentro de la reja), no pueden entrar y se llevan el paquete sin dejar un papel de aviso para que la persona vaya personalmente a recogerlo a las oficinas. QUE PENA
