He showed me the copy of my Mail Hold Request and told me "all" of my mails were at the post office as it's supposed to be at since it's specifically stated that" I will pick up my accumulated mail". So l am guessing the staff did not tried enough like the previous time she didn't find my mails again. ***This review is for the staff that seems cannot find my mails every time I have my mails on hold when she's the one helping me*** Original/First Post What's the point of requesting a mail hold and specifically adding a note to " I will pick up accumulated mail" if mails are not available for pick up? Waste of time and gas…. I was told by the staff; it's better to stop by at the post office to request instead of doing it online which doesn't make sense. They should just get rid of online request for this specific Post Office since they cannot follow delivery option requests. This is the second time I had issue and it's the same staff. Maybe is just a coincidence. The other three instances, with different staff, NO ISSUES!
