    They have just discriminated against a native San Diegan born & raised here. I applied & paid for a PO Box about 6 weeks ago & today when I went to pickup my paychecks they had the same form to fill out & are asking for my IDENTIFICATIONS AGAIN. The day I signed up for my PO Box a supervisor or manager was there. This is very wrong and disgusting behavior.

    Employees are so rude. Extremely unhelpful. One employee had a bunch of stains on his shirt. Gross. Satisfaction survey came up on card reader and he reached over and automatically pressed the green happy face 😂. That can’t be legal…

    I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at the at this Post Office. During my visit, the line of customers extended out the door, and the wait time was extremely long.I ve never seen something like this at any other USPS While many customers were waiting, the MANEGER on duty was engaged in lengthy personal conversations with clients at the counter, which delayed service even further.Mind you she was byherself. I understand the importance of being friendly with customers, but efficiency is also critical—especially when there are many people waiting to be helped. This behavior created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for everyone in line. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the quality and efficiency of service at this location. Customers appreciate both friendliness and professionalism, but it’s important to balance the two so that service runs smoothly and fairly for all.
