- YMYsabelle MoonFeb 18, 20261.0Consistently misplaced packages and when I couldn’t find my prescription medication that was delivered to a mailbox I have NEVER seen before that has NEVER received mail management told me “if I didn’t have the key they couldn’t help me” even with my proof of address. Mind you I need this prescription to live and they basically told me they did not care. Not a sip of empathy from the manager. Short woman. I even said “I’m scared” because I didn’t have my meds and they still treated me horribly. Yes I was very obviously upset. Yes I made a scene but this is NOT the first time they have messed up and I’ve only been at this address for 3 months. Literally not a single package has show up to the right address.
