  I shipped a package with expedited 2 day air shipping, that was critical to be delivered on time on 9/29 and it cost me an obscene amount of money and I was told it would arrive on 10/1 by 10:30am. And when I entered the tracking number late afternoon on 9/30 it showed the delivery would not happen until 10/2 at 10:30am. I went back to the store that day to try to expedite the shipping and/or get a refund, and neither option was offered and they simply said that nothing could be done, but they would call to begin a claim for a refund, and now a full week later, there's resolution or refund or anything. The store clerk who processed my shipment as well as the receipt both said the delivery would happen on 10/1 by 10:30am and my wife and I were extremely frustrated that it was delayed a full 24 hours as she was on travel and the documents being shipped were critical for her to have immediately and they did not arrive until after she had checked out of the hotel the package was shipped to.
