- MTM TDec 15, 20251.0I was returning an online order at this location. They scanned my QR code and took my package. It was a quick transaction and they told me they would take care of the rest. Days later, the package arrived at my house. Apparently they applied the label at a different spot and the old label was there. UPS didn’t know which one to use so they returned it to me. I returned to this UPS and they told me it was my fault for not removing the old label when they clearly told me they would handle it. I had to contact the online store to issue a new return label. Then they told me they can’t generate a shipping label and I had to pay $2 to print it off my phone. But they printed the label last time??? Not coming back here. Had to come back 3 times and pay an extra $2. Lesson learned; print and apply the label yourself.

I dropped in today with 30+ client gifts (chaos in a cart, basically), and their team went above and beyond to help me. David brought out a trolley, helped me get everything unloaded, and Christelle was unbelievably patient and kind. She kept me organized, double-checked every label, and made what could’ve been a stressful errand feel easy. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and efficient. If you’re a business owner who ships a lot, this location is truly the best. Highly recommend!
