  I love this store! The people are always helpful and go out of their way to address my needs. I’ve used them for a variety of things—they have never let me done! Great team!

  I generally have a decent experience with them. However, I am not sure whether this is a recent change in policy, but I had to pay $2 to get a black-and-white printout of a single-sided page, which was, by the way, half-filled.

  I had an awful experience at UPS Waring Road today. My 3 year old daughter had a coughing fit while in store and the manager instructed one of the workers to literally stand over us and spray disinfectant chemicals making her coughing attack worse. She clearly needs training in customer care and to understand that some kids have autoimmune issues that not only cause them to cough but react badly to harsh alcohol chemicals being sprayed on them. If she gets sick from this I will be pressing charges

  Staffs need to read their policy carefully, they refused to give me my package even after I provided my ID and tracking number and full name on the package matching my id, they said company policy says the address on the package and my id should match, Here is the brake down of your corporate policy if you are lazy enough to look it up: Option 1: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name and full address (including the suite or apartment number, if applicable) on the ID match the last name and full address on the package. Option 2: Present a government-issued photo ID where the last name matches the last name on the package. If the address on the ID doesn't match the address on the package, please bring proof of residency that matches the address on the package--for example, a current utility bill. Option 3: Present a government-issued photo ID where the full address or name on the ID matches the full address or name on the package. If the last name or full address doesn't match, you will need to provide the package tracking number to the UPS Access Point representative. Option 4: Present a government-issued photo ID and your shipper-provided package release code (if required).*
