  Every week my wife and I order, and thus, return things from Amazon. And every week, we're greeted with smiles and friendly service. They are always patient, regardless of the number of returns or complications they involve. Harold, Angie & Victoria know what they're doing, and always help expedite the process, be it a return or shipping.

  I absolutely love this UPS Store (501W Broadway). I’m in there every week, and every single time the experience is easy, fast, and genuinely pleasant. The whole team is friendly, organized, and on top of things, even when it’s busy. Anggie, Harold, and Victoria are especially amazing. They’re always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s a tricky return or a last-minute shipment (and I have many!), they handle it smoothly and with a great attitude. You can tell they actually care about doing things right and taking care of people. It’s rare to find a place this consistent. Highly recommend this location, and huge thanks to Anggie, Harold, and Victoria for always making it such a great experience.

  I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for people in the Marina District, and the service is consistently outstanding. Angie, Victoria, and Harold are always so friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They make every visit quick and easy, whether I’m shipping a package or handling returns. What really sets this location apart is the personal touch. They have treats ready for my dog anytime I stop in, which never goes unnoticed. It’s those small gestures that turn a routine errand into a great experience. Highly recommend this team!

  I live downtown SD and there are a variety of businesses I could choose from for my postage, printing, notary needs. The UPS store on Broadway is my GO TO always. I’m a business owner and am there regularly for all my needs. The entire staff is wonderful. I’m there a lot working with Harold. He’s friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything’s taken care of swiftly. It feels like they’re an extension of my business. I highly recommend!

  I had such a great experience at the UPS Store downtown. Angie and Victoria were both incredibly nice and kind from the moment I walked in. The store was very clean and organized, and they even had candy out for customers, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was my first time there, and I honestly expected it to be packed since it’s downtown. Surprisingly, there was no wait at all and it’s clear that’s because Angie and Victoria are on top of everything. They’re efficient, hardworking, and truly know how to keep things running smoothly. I was in and out in less than two minutes just dropping off a package. They also validate parking, which is a huge plus and very convenient. Overall, such a positive experience. You can tell these girls work hard and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be coming back again!
