Terrible and dissapointing customer service by employee #279192 Joseph Perez at UPS Store in Garnet. Went for passport pictures Thursday February 26, 2026 he said would be called on Friday When ready. We’re on Saturday and no call. I call and no one knows where the picture he took is. What kind of service is this. I have an appointment on Monday morning for passport renewal and now no pictures.

Highly recommend their printing services! Cesar was incredibly helpful. I needed help printing new business cards and he talked me through different options. My new cards are awesome. Their Pacific Beach location is very convenient for me because I can just stop by as I’m running errands.

Cesar’s Printing in Pacific Beach was so helpful!! The prints came out amazing! They are great quality and he was super efficient. The process to get the prints is super easy and they are affordable (I did 11x14). I had a great experience!
