  They’ve completely lost it over there. I came in with the box and a return code to scan. She’s standing there chewing gum, smirking, and refusing to accept it. Now the box has to be packed inside another box. I’ve sent returns in regular boxes plenty of times, but today apparently that’s not good enough.

  Everyone receives good and sometimes bad customer service. This place takes the cake in the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was trying to receive my package that needed a signature. But since I wasn't going to be home at the time of delivery in Monday, I had requested the vendor to make a note that I will pick it up at the UPS store. They had confirmed I could it up at the store and confirmed the address, great. Went there, and Kahill said they don't have it yet and they will on Tuesday after 12 pm. Sound good, I went back on Tuesday. Some girl with the "greatest" (not) customer service attitude, barely looked for the package and said it's not here. Wait until the sticker says the driver is taking it back to the store. Very well, I will come back once they leave that specific note. On Wednesday I was able to catch the driver on my camera and asked if he can take it to the store. He said for sure and left a sticker indicating just that. So on Wednesday I called this time before going in. The same girl (with the same attitude) answered and told me in hold, I waited 10 min, which I understood. They were busy the last two nights but at least she came back to the call and said the package isn't here, try tomorrow. Fine, I will try again. At this point the lack of help from anybody there was getting to me. On Thursday I called while I was getting off from work. This time Kahill picks up and puts me on hold. I'm waiting and 10 min pass. Then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes. At this point I'm mad and driving to the store. More than 40 minutes pass and I'm walking to the store while they still have me on hold. Hoping to find the store super busy with a line. No, they were not busy a few people are on the side wall trying to get a package ready and Katie is counting the register. The unapologetic attitude from both Katie and Kahill was mind boggling. They blamed it on UPS saying I need to call them. And here I thought I was in a UPS store. It doesn't matter whether you are a third party or "middle man" of UPS. You are representing them and that store is doing a terrible job representing them. Everyone is entitled to do their business anywhere. But I recommend anybody who doesn't want to have the same experience as me, go to another UPS store. There is one 1.2 miles away from them and when I go there I never have bad experiences so that is where I will be doing business from now on.

  The staff was pretty cool but the internet was down for a few days and couldn't get my stuff shipped. I did finally get my shipment out.

  Great outstanding customer service friendly professional helpful efficient and convenient for me to walk to and make photocopies and mail letters and packages. I love the friendly 😊 smiles on each of the employees faces.
