I rented a box from them for a year. I had many Amazon and furniture boxes sent there with no problems. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable. The need for the box was only temporary, but I extended the service for another six months due to the convenience.

The ladies at this location are truly above and beyond. I needed to get two passport photos taken for my toddlers - and I do understand it is not an easy task for the person taking the photo. I initially went to CVS that is located on the same mall. The person there couldnt not careless and said it was not possible to take passport photos of toddlers. I decided to park in front of UPS and ask if they were willing to try. They were very courteous and said yes. Although it was very hard to get them to stand still, they did not give up and we got two perfect shots.

I’m a U.S. Navy veteran (20 years) and a University of San Diego graduate Architect and Visual Arts. After filing for divorce in June 2025, I went through a difficult period, including experiencing homelessness. This UPS Store became a lifeline! First to print my court paperwork and later to set up a P.O. Box. Edison assisted me with the P.O. Box and went above and beyond. Patient, and respectful throughout the process. Thanks Edison. Ivy greets me with sincere care every time I walk in; her warm welcome makes me feel seen and supported. Thank you Ivy! Nina helped me while I was printing legal documents. She noticed I was overwhelmed, brought me a stool so I could sit, and offered tissues. That simple act of compassion meant more than I can say. Thank you so much for your empathy. Their professionalism and humanity deserve recognition. Thank you for supporting a veteran in need. I genuinely look forward to coming back to this store because of people like Edison, Ivy, and Nina

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this UPS Store. I went in and politely explained that I really needed to use the bathroom. The employees told me it was for staff only. I then explained that I have a documented bladder condition and even showed them a letter from my doctor. Instead of treating me with understanding, the employee, Lexi, taunted me by saying, “yeah, show me your letter,” and then still refused to let me use the restroom. This was not only incredibly rude and humiliating, but also a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Denying a reasonable accommodation to someone with a medical condition—especially after mocking them—is unacceptable. The staff’s behavior showed a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and legal responsibility. I left the store feeling demeaned and discriminated against. For anyone considering doing business here, please know that this location not only failed to follow the law, but also treated me with open hostility when I requested the most basic level of dignity. I hope UPS corporate takes immediate action so no other customer with a disability has to endure this kind of mistreatment.

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Many of their employees are notaries, which is helpful since 99% of the time when I need a document notarized, I can pop in without calling ahead.
