  Literally the best UPS store in the neighborhood. The guys who run and work there are very efficient and so patient. They’re usually no lines and if there’s a line, it usually moves very quickly.

  I am shocked at the bad customer service reviews. I live across the street and I am in the store a minimum of once a week I even run into some of the staff at Starbucks. When I walk in, they love my dog and my dog loves the store. They’re super friendly and always Give him a treat. I’ve never had an issue with shipping out and think the store does an excellent job.

  I highly recommend working with this UPS store. I use them for my small business's mail and packaging services as well as personal mail and packaging services and very much enjoy working with them. The entire team is kind, personable, organized, and gives my account wonderful attention. I appreciate the personalized service and professionalism that they provide.

  Very disappointing experience. Came here to return a pair of boots that I bought from Amazon. These boots were never worn and were still in original box. Was told I need another box on top of the original box. In addition to buying another box, I had to buy bubble wrap to wrap the original shoe box. I was told I need to do these in order to “properly protect the boots”. Weren’t the original shoe box supposed to properly protect the boots? If bubble wraps are needed to protect the boots, why didn’t the boots come with bubble wrap in their original box? What a joke! I have been a long time Amazon customer, and have been to many UPS stores. This experience is unfortunate one of my worst.
