- ABAdam BaerNov 3, 20252.0Tried to drop off a package right at 6:30, they had locked the door and were waving me off. Normally, I'd understand but there was someone on the store already with multiple things actively packing them with 3 employees just kinda hanging. I could have easily dropped my boxes and been gone before the other person left, but they decided to just wave me off instead of helping me. Besides this bout of bad service, I haven't had an issue with this store, but there is almost always a long line and the parking is atrocious.

When I tried to follow up, the store owner claimed they were on vacation and refused to check the cameras or provide any real help. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to take responsibility. If you don’t want to risk your shipment being lost or stolen, avoid this location.

She ended up charging me $30 when it should’ve been $15 at other UPS store. she was very unprofessional unkept and should not be working in the store Condition Are representing UPS. It’s a disgrace to have someone so unprofessionally working representing UPS on Balboa Avenue.. It’s like dealing with a homeless street person
