  I had a great experience at this UPS 🥰🥰. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. They made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and handled everything efficiently. The store was clean and well organized. Excellent customer service I highly recommend this location🔥🔥🔥🔥

  I frequent this location often because it’s very convenient for me. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently had negative experiences with one employee. Every time she has assisted me, she has either been openly rude or more focused on talking with another associate than helping customers. On one occasion, she walked away in the middle of my transaction without explanation, leaving me standing at the counter. On another visit, she was loudly arguing on the phone while customers were present. Given how consistent these experiences have been, I would be surprised if this hasn’t been noticed before. I hope management can address this, as professionalism and basic courtesy make a big difference. I would like to continue using this location.

  The most important reason for giving that rating is the store manager, KARI, was all alone with only one helper, an older gentleman. She was literally all by herself, trying to fix the printers, and I believe some of the computer components while on the phone receiving phone calls and dealing with a huge line of disgruntled customers. Let me just give you some advice, don’t try to calm down, said disgruntled customers because they only get angrier. Not one time was she rude or disrespectful and she kept a level head. I don’t understand why more women aren’t in charge of like everything including the country…. with that said, maybe you should put her in charge of the entire UPS company. You should probably hire a bunch of women too. Then she proceeded in making the most amazing valentines for the city council members that I was giving them to! Didn’t really matter, I read the poem and they completely ignored me-and we wonder what’s wrong with our country? You should probably start with them…. teaching our children to completely ignore someone and disrespect them while they’re speaking and presenting a heartfelt poem. Not to mention, they continued talking to one another while I was speaking. Thanks for raising your children to hate people and disrespect them. Anyway, super grateful for KARI!

  This is hands down my favorite shipping location in San Diego. Everyone is so nice. Kari has helped me multiple times with projects for work. Aaron,Jasmine and everyone else is always helpful.

  This store is always clean, adequately staffed, and easy to get to. The parking is good, and if you go during the workday, they are less busy than after 5 PM in my opinion. I use this location for large mailings and for holiday shipping. I sent about seven packages to seven different addresses for Christmas last year. Everything was properly delivered and I had no issues with them packing my boxes and shipping to the proper address. There is a female Associate in particular that is very knowledgeable and responsive. I can’t remember her name, but she is usually there when I go. She is friendly, too. I usually go to the USPS because of their priority shipping prices, but this UPS store Is a close second!
