The store associate Benjamin went above and beyond. I lost my wallet and he helped me get all the paperwork that I needed to go to the DMV to get my ID.

The store that does everything and well! Friendly staff (hi Benjamin!) and everything always efficiently done. I pop in here probably at least once a week for my returns and it honestly makes my life so easy. Parking is usually pretty easy and it’s always on the way to where I need to go. The only thing missing a drive thru but that’s just wishful thinking 😜

I had an upsetting experience with an associate (young blonde guy with long hair) that felt rude and unprofessional. I was carrying a heavy box while recovering from a back injury and politely asked if it was okay to set it on the counter since there was nowhere else to place it. Instead of responding with basic courtesy, the associate made a sarcastic, irritated comment about helping another customer.
When I explained that I had a back injury and was struggling to hold the box, he dismissively said something along the lines of “you just angle the box,” sarcastically telling me how to position it myself rather than offering help or understanding. His tone made it very clear he didn’t care and was annoyed by the situation.
When it was finally my turn to check out, he didn’t acknowledge me at all no greeting, just silently scanned my item, asked “receipt?” and gave me another unpleasant look. The entire interaction felt dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile.
I understand retail jobs can be stressful, but that does not excuse being a jerk when it's uncalled for, especially someone dealing with a physical injury. If you hate your job please change it! (:
