    Usually this store is very polite and speedy with my returns. Today I went to ship off sweaters to Oregon. When I arrived they took the sweaters from me right away and said they’d pack it. Come to find out their “packing” was $20 for materials (a medium size box) and $10 for their “packing service”. I understand charging for these things but am disappointed in the lack of transparency.

    Worst ups - guy working there is incredibly rude. Ripped me off; kept my Amazon package and said I couldn’t take it to Whole Foods to return. I’ll use a different UPS store or go straight to Whole Foods.

    I will never ship a package from here again. I was shipping a framed wedding gift for Christmas and specifically asked that it be handled with care and properly bubble-wrapped. Despite this, the item was handled extremely roughly. The frame was repeatedly hit against their walls and swung around as if it were not glass at all. This showed a complete lack of care and respect for someone else’s property. I am especially disappointed given that it took over 20 minutes to wrap and was still done with no care.

    These employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful with all of my Amazon return needs. They also have a wide variety of stamps available. Highly recommend this UPS location! Made my holiday shopping a breeze!
