  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. I came to print about 60 pages around 10 minutes before closing. I completely understand it was late — and honestly I would have preferred to be politely refused rather than treated this way. The employee barely communicated: didn’t look at me, didn’t confirm any details, only asked how many copies (I said one). I also mentioned the email the files were from, but got no response. In the end, the documents were printed in color and on premium paper, even though the text was black-and-white and I did not need color at all. I was not warned about the price or asked to approve the settings, and the total came to around $70. What shocked me most was the rudeness: instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, he said “Next time come earlier” and turned away. Very unpleasant experience.

  If you’ve ever tried returning something huge… like, say… AN ENTIRE DOOR… you already know the chaos that comes with it. 😅 Well, picture this: my man and I show up to UPS with a full-blown door in hand (yes, for real 😂), fully expecting confusion, frustration, maybe even a “good luck with that.” But instead, we were met with the absolute angel on earth that is CARLY. From the moment we walked in, she didn’t flinch, didn’t judge, didn’t laugh (not out loud anyway 😆). She jumped right in, determined to help us figure out the return—even when it became clear that the package was oversized and couldn’t ship through UPS. Most people would’ve politely dismissed us and sent us on our way… but not Carly. ✨ She went above and beyond: – Sizing the door, re-checking policies, double-checking options – Keeping us calm and encouraged through a ridiculous situation – Brainstorming solutions like she was our personal shipping strategist – And then—my favorite part—sending us off with a sweet handwritten note packed with alternative resources and options so we weren’t left stuck or stressed. That note? It wasn’t just helpful—it was KIND. Thoughtful. Human. The kind of customer service you can’t teach, only embody. Carly turned what could’ve been a frustrating disaster into a moment we will never stop talking about. Her professionalism, her patience, and her genuine kindness kept everything moving when it easily could’ve fallen apart. UPS, if you see this: protect Carly at all costs. Promote her. Celebrate her. Clone her. For everyone else: if you’re shipping anything—whether it’s a normal box or, apparently, a DOOR—go see Carly.   This is the third time this year that my wife and I have come by this UPS, during their posted open hours and they've been closed. There's no sign stating that they're closed for an emergency or someone's out to lunch or anything, just closed at 1:30pm when their sign states that they're open until 4pm on Saturdays. Today we also ran into a UPS driver who was also coming by the store for a scheduled pick up and he was confused as to why they were closed. I'm not sure why the staff here continue to do this, but it's quite frustrating. As much as I love having a UPS store in my neighborhood, I'm going to learn my lesson and avoid this store and take my business elsewhere.
