  Just went in to return things and the staff member Nikki was so kind and helpful I had to write a review. At first I came in confused behind a big line and one of the other girls were a bit rude and unhelpful but Nikki stepped in and ensured I was able to get what I needed to get done, DONE! Give her a raise she knows customer service!

  An absolute pleasure to do business with! I was fortunate enough to be referred to James and Matt at the UPS store for signage for my business and they did not disappoint! Communication throughout the entire experience was prompt and transparent. I had a very specific outcome in mind and they NAILED IT! Almost 100 email correspondence to bring this to fruition, and was never made to feel that I was a burden or that the process should be rushed. Multiple shop visits, and critiques, with valuable input from all parties. I am going to shout their praises from the rooftops! If you need quality signage, at super fair pricing, look no further! I will definitely be using them again and referring all of my friends in need of print services!

  For printing emailed documents, Location charges an additional $1.00 for “1 hour of computer use”. They have a sign implying that it is a complentary service and make no indication of the charge. I spent spent more money on this charge than the actual amount of prints
