At first I came in confused behind a big line and one of the other girls were a bit rude and unhelpful but Nikki stepped in and ensured I was able to get what I needed to get done, DONE! Give her a raise she knows customer service!

Once i told them on the website it says they do passport photos, they took the photo so i went to pay at the register and had my wallet down and there was no line but they sat me down and didnt explain why so i sat there waiting for them unsure why, for about 10-12 minutes so then i asked what i was waiting for and they had no idea why I was waiting. I was like why was i waiting for 10 mins. ?? So confusing and overall unprofessional.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to James and Matt at the UPS store for signage for my business and they did not disappoint! Communication throughout the entire experience was prompt and transparent. I had a very specific outcome in mind and they NAILED IT! Almost 100 email correspondence to bring this to fruition, and was never made to feel that I was a burden or that the process should be rushed. Multiple shop visits, and critiques, with valuable input from all parties. I am going to shout their praises from the rooftops! If you need quality signage, at super fair pricing, look no further! I will definitely be using them again and referring all of my friends in need of print services!
