They're delivered fine by the UPS, FedEx, etc., but this store may hold the package for over a week before sending a confirmation email to pick up the package. There is absolutely no support for packages they lose either, so you better have that free Amazon refund service in your arsenal. Instead of shipping packages here, I'd suggest sending them to a nearby Amazon locker or FedEx location and handle the ride/drive there to get all your items in a timely matter as you should. Employees are nice a friendly though, and provide good services.
