- VVVictoria6 days ago5.0This is an overdue post by about a month. The team's exceptional service still comes to mind, however, and that's why I'm finally taking the time to write a review. I first met Chris who, although he wasn't able to assist me, provided me with the information that I needed to follow-through with obtaining what I needed. He asked me to come back the next day when his manager would be available to complete my request. I did just that and met Rommel. He provided exemplary customer service taking the time to explain my service in detail, not rushing me or himself to assist other customers. I highly recommend this location for your UPS needs.

He didn't have to help me check his security cameras over 5 days to find the tracking of my package I was going to get overcharged on by the vendor. He absolutely didn't have to because I had lost the UPS receipt. But he did, and that's Rommel for you.

The staff there is super friendly and VERY helpful and tries his best to make it a great experience. Please support him and this new business! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Tried to call to ask about it but their phone system is automated and only has options to enter a party extension or press 0 for an operator, which in turn returns you to the main menu. Not sure how they are still in business. 0/5 stars if I could.
