- NJN J4 days ago5.0FIRST it's hard to find excellent customer service. But that all changed when I visited this UPS store in the area. I dropped off a box that was going to Seattle, WA on Monday and it was delivered as stated on Thursday. There were strict directions for the delivery guy in Seattle. My disabled brother received it IN his hands. It was not left in the community room for it to be stolen or a stranger to sign for it. Thank you guys for listening to my dilemma and overall great customer service. I am done with Post Office and FedEx.
