  I went in to mail a large envelope and had a frustrating experience. The employee quickly took my credit card and charged me for postage, but only afterward realized they didn’t have a printer to actually print the postage. I requested a refund and asked for proof that it had been processed. I was told the refund was issued, but they were unable to provide any confirmation or receipt. As of now, I have not received the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through was disappointing. I would appreciate this being resolved promptly.

  Mike F. makes visiting this UPS so easy. He's friendly, knowledgeable and has great suggestions for design services. He's done multiple projects for me and ensures things always come out beautifully. Definitely recommend him and UPS. They deliver.

  Great experience! Mike helped me with all the packages I had to return. Made it very easy and very simple. On top of that, another customer came in while I was finishing adding some labels, and they were trying to make a return but they had done an Amazon return via Whole Foods. So he was so patiently helping them understand that they had chosen a different return location. English was not their first language, and he even helped to speak their language to translate where they needed to go. Above and beyond!

  Please explain to me why I shipped from this location about 5 times prior to this eve and this time I was asked to provide my "government issued Identification"? Am I in your system? yes... You asked for my phone #? yes... but this time you need my ID? yes... No reasoning, no explanation. You are not a government facility and saw that i was shipping a book... a book... Even the United States Post Office didn't ask me for my ID when I left and went to them and shipped the same book this afternoon. Shipping has become to competitive for silly games... I went to your corporate shipping facility and even though the manager there stated this was indeed your policy, he said that "only a tool would be enforcing it during the holiday and if you are in our system, this box checker needs a talking to".

  I want to share my experience with ups on Othello the gentleman clerk that helped me on Dec 10 was so very kind, helpful, professional I explained to him that the UPS store on Balboa always made me feel that I was bothering them always rude. Now thanks to this young man I will be coming here (Othello) for all my postal and Amazon needs. Thanks again for all your help!!
