    Employee charged us extra to print out our own shipping labels. We should've just been charged the standard print fee per page, but were told it was extra because we were printing shipping labels that weren't purchased from them. Weird and somewhat arbitrary rule.

    Visited The UPS store to make a color copy to present my daughter’s birthday gift. Nina was very helpful and even put my printed copy in a mailing envelope to keep it dry (we were having an unusual rain storm). Very thoughtful!

    Benjamin, from store 6822 on Rosecrans, was extremely helpful and kind. He made me feel comfortable and taken care of. This was my best experience in any UPS store because of him.

    My dad has had a PO Box here for almost a decade. Although I live in North Park, I go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is always so, so kind, helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to acknowledge and assist people in the store, even when they’re super busy! I especially appreciate Nina, who always has a smile on her face and finds a way to help me with my needs! Thank you, Nina!
