- BGBarri GrovesApr 15, 20245.0Tech Kahunas is THE place to take your Apple computer! I brought them my iMac to upgrade the memory because Apple recommends a professional. I have done my own work on computers in the past but with the newer Intel drive I was hesitant. Lukis assured me they could upgrade the memory, and then called to suggest I update the drive as well. He explained in detail why it would improve the speed of my machine, and along with more memory, improve the speed of my graphics programs. He was right! This is the second Mac I have had them work on with zero complaints. Cost for their work is also extremely reasonable. If you want the work done right, use these guys!!!

They have a texting system that makes it easy to get updates on the progress. Since I was anxious to get my computer back, I found that I had to text them for updates rather than them texting me as soon as the work was completed. They fixed a hardware problem and were unable to fix a software problem, but that was not their fault, and they did not charge me for what they could not fix, even though they spent some time on it. This company is honest and friendly.
