The communication is great as well - we receive an email the order has been placed. We receive a call if they have any problems or questions with the ordered placed (which is rare but the few instances over the years that this has happened, they have done a great job making sure it is fixed). And we receive an email and call when the order is ready for pickup. We love doing business with Staples.
