Don’t go here for any services including Amazon returns, UPS, printing or Passport services. It’s a joke that they have “That was easy” plastered all over the outside of the store. Among other things, I spent $7 to print a basic return label to be told they wouldn’t give me one piece of tape to tape my box at the drop off counter. This was after it was explained to me that the specific type of UPS Amazon return I’m doing can’t be processed here. They also apparently don’t do passport services even though the website says they do at this location. It’s clear Staples is nickel and diming and honestly - imagine how poorly they must treat staff if they won’t even provide the consumer with one strip of tape. Maybe I’m crazy but I’m not buying an entire roll of tape to ship a small box for an Amazon return (that they advertise is a service they provide) after spending $7 to print a label. This is retail only - DO NOT GO FOR SERVICES. I would suggest Postal Annex.

Claudia doing Amazon checkouts was extremely rude. Very nasty attitude towards everyone in line and made a lot of sassy remarks. Some of my stuff didn’t fit in their standard plastic return bags and she made a big deal of having to throw them away even though they were brand new and unused.

Today, I visited this Staples location to complete Amazon returns and waited patiently in the designated Amazon return line with several customers ahead of me. While we were waiting, the employee assisting customers, Denzel, repeatedly took customers from a different checkout line instead of acknowledging or assisting those of us waiting for Amazon returns. Over the course of approximately 10 minutes, the Amazon return line continued to grow with no communication or explanation. After waiting for an extended period, I politely asked if we were going to be helped. Denzel responded by asking whether I was “spending money today.” I was confused by this response and asked what that had to do with the situation, as we had been waiting our turn. He repeated the question again. When I answered that I was not making a purchase, he responded with “exactly.” At that point, other customers in the Amazon return line also began expressing their frustration. When it was finally my turn, I asked to speak with a manager. Denzel stated that he was the manager and refused to provide the name of a supervisor, instead telling me to call customer service. When I questioned whether he had a superior, he threatened to refuse my return altogether if I continued to “cause problems.” I do not believe that calmly requesting a manager to raise a concern constitutes causing a problem. My wife and I are frequent customers at this Staples location, but due to this experience, we will now choose to shop at another store, even if it requires additional travel. I also noticed that similar concerns about this employee appear in prior reviews, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service we have come to expect from Staples.

I have never been denied service before. They told me they can't print anything for me until next day because they are "busy" which they were not. I tried using the self print machines which didn't work either. I have spent over $700 on work related transactions for printing brochures for my customers. I have no issues with all the other locations but this specific one refused to print me my documents in person and also their systems were down so they forced me to use their computer, which I refused. The computer cost 49 cents per minute plus tax, my company would normally pay for this but it's just a hassle and it feels relatively predatory in terms of pricing on top of the already discredited service. All machines didn't work and the service was completely abhorrent to say the least. Do not go to this location but I will say that other staples locations have done their jobs correctly.

I logged into my online account this morning and found that my name had been changed to Michel O. and $99 of my rewards points had been used on in-store purchases at this store location. I live in a small town in TX and only shop online. I believe the purchases were made by an employee using my account. It looks like they were made on the same register on 1/14/26, 1/15/26, and 1/19/26 and all in the evenings. Managers might want to look into this because they're probably using other accounts as well.
