My printer suddenly stopped working right when I needed to print a lecture, and after spending hours trying to troubleshoot it, I finally searched for nearby printing services. I called Staples, and a very kind representative let me know they were open until 9 PM and that I’d be able to use their printers. When I arrived, only one printer was available, and unfortunately, it started having issues too. Thankfully, the same representative I spoke with on the phone, June, ended up helping me in person. She wasn’t even in charge of the printing section, yet she still went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire challenge. I am very grateful for her help! June truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service.
