  I wasn’t very happy about going to this branch before, mainly because of the bad customer service. However, ever since I started going during Olena’s shift, everything has been smooth and efficient. Olena always has a smile on her face and treats customers in a very professional manner. I would like to sincerely thank her for providing the best customer service to the community

  Staples (Carmel Mountain Ranch) is the most convenient location for me to drop off Amazon returns, but experience isn't welcoming. The front desk staff are usually quite friendly, but the staff on the Amazon return desk are always cold and unfriendly, verging on rude. You feel like you're a major inconvenience to them and they barely speak during the entire transaction. (Every time). On a recent visit, a blond woman came over begrudgingly from the print area to the returns desk, barely saying a word. Half way through my returns (I had multiple boxes), she walked away to help someone that had just walked up to the print desk. What the...? Hello! I'm just standing there, half way through my transaction wondering how long it will be until she comes back. Fortunately, after a minute, a woman from the back appears and continues with my transaction, but she is about as talkative and friendly as the first woman. On this trip, I went soon after opening and it wasn't busy, but very often I stand in line behind a few customers for several minutes. On the plus side, parking is plentiful, they have long hours and after your return, you get a coupon for the store. I constantly wonder what happened to friendly customer service as it absolutely seems non-existent most of the time nowadays. It really doesn't take much to greet people with a smile, a 'Good Morning' and some small talk pleasantries.

  Sent out a marine navigational map for dry-erase lamination. The job was done perfectly and turned around in just a few days time. The price was very reasonable. I can always count on Staples Print and Marketing.

  This is my third visit, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently negative. I’ve interacted with three different employees, and all of them were rude and dismissive. Each visit left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ah e had teo TSA appointments here. First time I took off work and the girls was sick. Okay things happen I understands that. However they sent me a reminder I had an appointment that morning and never contacted to cancel. Fast forward to one week later had an appointment as well came in and they said the girl would not be there for another two hours. They had sent me a Reminders the day before and that morning that I had an appointment took off work this time as well it’s just a bunch of excuses of incompetence.
