So I go check my front door and sure enough there was a note saying “we missed you”. I was waiting in the living room the entire time and my doorbell never rang! I called and the automated message said they tried to deliver at 10:24! Ridiculous! Now I have to wait till tomorrow because it says I can’t just come and pick up my package😒 I understand the delivery drivers are trying to rush, but c’mon! At least ring the frikin door bell and give me a chance to come out and open! Or send updates and I’ll go wait outside if that’s what it takes for me to receive my package!

There was no customer behind me, the package was right there next to them, and after printing out the shipping label, they asked me to stick it on myself. UPS always handles everything—taping, packing, labeling—you name it. For a moment, I seriously doubted myself and thought maybe I’d gotten it wrong all along. Perhaps FedEx isn’t a private company… it must be a government agency instead.
